Your House Is Built. It's Not Clean Yet.

The contractors packed up, handed you the keys, and left a fine grey film on every surface — cement dust, paint flecks, sticker glue, grout haze. A finished house isn't a clean house, and regular cleaning won't touch construction dust.
Post-construction cleaning is one of our fastest-growing jobs in Cagayan de Oro right now, as new homes and renovations wrap up around Uptown and Carmen.
Why is construction dust different?
It's not normal dust. It's ultra-fine cement and gypsum that settles into every gap, floats back up the moment you sweep, and scratches new floors if you wipe it wrong. It needs the right tools and more than one pass — a quick mop just moves it around.
What's included?
Top-to-bottom dust removal — ceilings, walls, vents, light fixtures, switches
Paint specks, adhesive, sticker glue, and grout haze off tiles, glass, and fixtures
Windows, glass, and tracks, inside and out
Kitchen and bathrooms detailed, not just wiped
Floors vacuumed and mopped properly for fine dust
Light debris hauled out
When should you book it?
After the contractors finish, before your furniture and family move in. An empty space cleans faster and nothing gets in the way. For a big house or a commercial fit-out, we'll do a quick ocular first so the quote is right.
How much does it cost?
Post-construction cleaning is ₱95 per square meter. A 60 sqm unit is about ₱5,700. Some jobs cost a bit more — tall ceilings that need scaffolding, or heavy floor detailing like stripping paint or grout beyond the usual. If your job needs it, we'll quote it before we start, never after.
Do you cover condos and offices?
Yes — homes, condos, offices, and commercial spaces across Cagayan de Oro: Uptown, Carmen, Gusa, Lapasan, Opol, and nearby.
Send your floor size and a photo of the space. Text 0969 529 6701, message us on Facebook, or book online. You'll get a price, not a sales call.
